You do realize that EBV can cause cancer and six autoimmune disease, and that an enterovirus is strongly linked to type I diabete. Herpes and varicella (chicken pox) remain latent for life, and HIV’s initial symptoms are just a cold.
We shouldn’t be so trusting of pathogens, or assume that they don’t have long-term health risks, even if the initial infection is mild. There‘s a lot we don’t know about the immune system and viruses.

Who is "trusting" of pathogens? We certainly shouldn't trust pathogens created in a lab, or the experimental medical interventions quickly pushed to market to combat them. And we really shouldn't trust the "experts" who have lied about it the whole way.

These new “vaccines” are entirely different. These treatments use experimental genetic modification to inject you with mRNA, which is a partial strand of genetic code. That mRNA then enters your cells and orders the cells to construct a spike protein similar to SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID). This spike protein then precipitates antibodies that can reduce your reaction to SARS-CoV-2 if you get it. But the “vaccine” does not prevent you from getting COVID, and it does not prevent you from spreading it to others. The spike protein remains with you indefinitely. In effect, you have modified your own genetic make-up to fight COVID without actually gaining immunity and without reducing transmissibility.
According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, if you’re immune to a disease, “you can be exposed to it without becoming infected.”But these vaccines do not prevent you from being infected or spreading it to others. Some have likened them to chemotherapy for a cancer you don’t have.

You are asserting that people trust the pathogen. That's not it. They are trusting their own immune response. We don't know long term effects of either covid or the "vaccine", so It's a false dichotomy.
