I'd like to see them match all the tracking numbers and addresses to the diad for your route, then if you scanned a package that didn't belong to that address, a beep would warn you that the package was for another address. They could do the same thing for the loaders, alerting them anytime they took a box into the wrong truck. This might take time and money, but it would make the future for deliveries much more efficient.

The one feature that I would like to see is GPS tracking of our supervisors so we know where to call on Friday night at 9:00 PM to complain that we are still working while they are out spending time with THEIR families!

2 ideas.....move the signature button so every other customer doesn't hit it with their left thumb............how about a beep that lets you know when scanning the last piece at a bulk stop........

We are still on Diad 3, actually we are upgrading to Diad 3 with enhancements
like a built in radio, DIVA not needed. And of course IE is working very hard
sending a guy up every 2 weeks to arbitrarily remove streets and number ranges from the computers... just warming up for PAS about 20% of our streets are missing now... thanks IE. We won't see DIAD 4's till the Diad 5 is out...
