I just looked at my stub and seen INIT
and hr said at orientation that the init fees will be taken out when we are hired in
I've been here for two months.

Never had dues taken out when I was seasonal.
Once I was permanent, it was 10 more months before they started deducting dues. No clue why, I signed a union card on day one.
