Do UPS Packages Make Weekend Progress? When do Trailer Drivers start delivering?

Okay, so I recently ordered something from Amazon, and they're shipping through UPS. The delivery estimate is 4-5 business days. I understand that trailer drivers don't make progress on weekends, or do they?.. The order is from California and I am in Maryland, do the trailer drivers make progress on weekends? And if they don't, when do they start delivering on the week days again? For example, Saturday and Sunday, no delivery, do they start making progress again at 1AM the following Monday.

Yes packages from California move on a Train by railroad or by a UPS Sleeper Team (Big Rig), or an Independent Contractor.. The Feeder Department operates 24/7.. Package car operates Monday-Friday
