They were giving him a pass for years by claiming that's just Joe. They knew he wasn't capable before the election but wanted a puppet they could control. While the media continued to cover for him when he left his basement.

It just instills confidence with his China meetings. We are screwed. I was trying to see the passing of the envelope full of cash with him walking with Xi on the news.
