Lol, so your position is that outside observers couldn't think trump was in cognitive decline without having TDS, but outsiders can observe that Biden is in cognitive decline and that's not BDS. LOL. Seems like my opinion compared to yours is correct. My opinion is it didn't matter that a lot of Americans believed Trump was in cognitive decline and it doesn't matter that some Americans believe Biden is in cognitive decline because he remains the POTUS same as trump.
