i know you may be kidding but it has happened in some parts of the country. i am in the western conference and our pension is still strong. ( for now )

fortunately we maxed out the 401k and Ira's for most of my career, paid off the house and banked money so even if my pension was zero , we would be OK.

it's just frustrating seeing how UPSer's rights have been slowly eroding for years now and only a small percentage of Teamsters are willing to fight.

Just trying to raise awareness. You people can joke all you want but it's your funeral.

That may be, but I would argue that it's because the old guard is failing to show us new drivers how to stand up to management properly. I've had to seek out information here, and talk directly to my union rep to start to get an idea of what I should be doing. I'm trying to spread the word the best I can.

If need help to do the right thing and stand up for yourself...........You can't be helped
