Nah dude. I had areas like that last week. I hit a bunch of packages with the good ole delay/weather.
The company preaches safety, staying on walkpaths, look before stepping/etc... No way in hell am I wading through something like that in Florida with the swamp puppies that like to roam when this happens. Not only that but the sewage backs up, snakes, floating red ant islands.... It's a hard pass.
