For Cinco de Mayo

Cilantro Lime Fizz
Cilantro Lime Fizz: Refresh this grilling season with the trendy flavor combination of cilantro and ginger in a cool cocktail.

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
• 2 ounces gin
• 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves (without stems)
• 1/4 teaspoon Pure Almond Extract
• Ice cubes
• 1 cup ginger beer
• Fresh cilantro sprigs

• Mix lime juice, gin, cilantro and almond extract in cocktail shaker with muddler or wooden spoon until cilantro is crushed. Add 2 cups ice cubes; shake until well mixed and chilled.

• To serve, strain over ice cubes in beverage glasses. Fill glasses with ginger beer. Garnish with cilantro sprigs.

I hear the term "dirty martini" all the time. I know what a martini is.....what makes it dirty or very dirty?
When I tried to look it up, all the sites wanted me to register to prove I was 21. I don't register....except for BC and video poker.com.

Jamaican Smile Cocktails
Ingredients:
2 oz. Rum Cream

2 oz. Coconut Rum

1 Small Banana

1.5 oz. Strawberry Daiquiri mix

1.5 oz. Pina Colada mix

1 tsp. Coconut extract

2 cups ice

My wife's favorite when we go to sandals.

1 shot Baileys Irish cream

1 shot lime juice

Hold the baileys in your mouth

Then pour the lime juice in

Pro tip: stand near a sink
