Tell that to all the management people freaking out right now about what’s coming in the next 30 days.
Nope...all workers are expendable! If you don't have FU money, you are expendable. They never though it could happen to them.... they are to "valuable" to the company.
Sure all of us are expendable, but management is a lot easier to get rid of as we can see clearly. Trust me the applications to other companies are flying from current UPS management. The writing is on the wall.Nope...all workers are expendable! If you don't have FU money, you are expendable.
@Indecisi0n would be interestedShakes head at this guy.
At least he just exposed his paycheck and not his junk like a driver in my center did.
Sure. For every 20 McDonald's workers there is only one manager job. For every 40 robotic hamburger flippers, there is only one manager job.Sure all of us are expendable, but management is a lot easier to get rid of as we can see clearly. Better fire up the résumé…. Carol doesn’t have any allegiance to you. The threats management received from above, last week about being forced to possibly go to the hotspots if the union were to strike, was hilarious. I suppose turn around is Fairplay for forcing drivers to work six days at the threat of their jobs for the previous five years.Sure. For every 20 McDonald's workers there is only one manager job. I agree! I'm not a manager to worry about. I'm a specialist.Better fire up the résumé…. Carol doesn’t have any allegiance to you. He should become.... an elected leader if he wants to impress someone. That could be an unintended consequence.
I think the dude has the hots for some chick on his route.... that he's trying to impress.
Pfft.
Kind of like you are... to the union? Lol.They never though it could happen to them.... they are to "valuable" to the company.

So he could get paid less? How would that impress anyone? He should become.... an elected leader if he wants to impress someone.
No thanks- I like having integrity. And spending my own money...Maybe.... you could do the same ?
Must be your local is weak. Our "leaders" make bank...So he could get paid less? How would that impress anyone?
Bank? We have mileage feeder, drivers and sleeper teams making 160 -180 K, regular package car drivers making 120 K plus. Business agents slightly over 100 K I guess that’s making bank to you. I call it barely getting people interested in taking a job where your phone puts you pretty much on-call at all times. A package driver, or a feeder driver is done for the day and doesn’t have to think one bit about UPS anymore until the following day.Must be your local is weak. Our "leaders" make bank...
They pay him to poop in DR bags.
