Mainly rural areas to have that many vans instead of box trucks with a pass thru?

we were two drivers down and they took on some of the load I’d typically give them an extra $50+ on the day as a thank you

You know what happens to drivers that strong arm contractors come dec 25th? Take a guess they get clowned for the new peak resource already producing as much as them . We can pay them 25 to 30 % less for the upcoming year . I dont t operate like that cause I have respect for my regular guys who stick it out with me . But dont test me

If your peak resource is producing as much as your experienced drivers you are either very very lucky or have lousy drivers. Around here, anyone with a brain and a driver's license is snapped up by the other courier companies well before we could afford to train them for peak.
