I don’t think @moreluck is proposing that the government step in to take down the movie. It’s not a First Amendment issue.
That's easy to say when you've got a good paying job. Not so easy when you're broke. But judging by the many nice homes and vehicles not everyone in Appalachia is broke. Appalachia by the way encompass cities like Pittsburgh and Chattanooga, to name a couple.
You do realize that we still get about half of our electricity from burning coal?
