Not saying I disagree with your thinking, but Hillary has been a Washington insider for over 30 years. As a US Senator, why do you think she never introduced legislation to change this?

it works just fine. It keeps one state out of 50 from controlling the entire vote. Trump will actually end up with over 300 electoral votes which is a sizable win when the last couple of states are finally counted.
