I would urge everyone to take pics of texts requesting anything shady (on break of course). Once they know you document their shady requests, the requests stop in a hurry. And if they request shady actions verbally, immediately tell them you think the request doesn't seem proper and tell them you will have to call your BA to make sure you are covered. That puts an end to the verbal requests as well, without going to war with them.
