So I'm reading to summarize what the DOJ stole from the former president.
11179 documents with no classification
clothing ?
54 documents of which 31 were confidential and 18 labeled top secret.
48 empty folders labeled classified
41 empty folders labeled return to secretary / military aide

1600 news articles magazines and newspapers. ( trump appears to be collecting memorabilia. why the DOJ would take this stuff is beyond me)

this information appears to be different from what the DOJ claimed they had last week when they claimed 184 classified documents seized.

It also appears that all previously classified documents were found in either the storage locker or Trumps office.
the DOJ originally accused the trump folks of moving docs around in an effort to obstruct the search.
all documents being found in the two most likely places one would search seems to dispell that notion.

and this is without an independent review. This much information only came out because the judge forced them to do it

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has also debunked Trump’s claim, saying it maintains classified Obama records in a government facility in the Washington, D.C., area.

“As required by the [Presidential Records Act], former President Obama has no control over where and how NARA stores the Presidential records of his Administration,” the agency said in a statement.

Beschloss on NBC also detailed how presidents before Obama handled their records, referencing former President Eisenhower’s documents being kept on a military base as one example.

“This is not something that we have seen before,” Beschloss said. “Don’t think this is normal procedure.”

Are you trying to say that the place they were stored meets the legal definition of a "secure facility" given the sensitivity of these classified documents?

Perhaps Trump was dead certain that he would not lose the election and if he did lose the election the MAGA coup would keep him in power. When it didn't turn out that way neither him nor his administration had properly prepared for his departure. But, when you run for public office there's at least a 50% chance that you could in fact lose.

If you have corroborated evidence supporting this latest conspiracy theory that this did in fact happen then what's holding you back from providing it? Remember when you "declassify" documents they can in many instances be viewed by the public under the Freedom Of Information Act. That being the case they then belonged in a facility that provides public access.

Stalled on doing what? As has been stated before declassifying classified documents takes more than just a president's declassification declaration. There is a multi step process some are not fully known to the public.

They would be held up to the courts demanding that the defense representing Trump be required to return the contents of those folders to the authorized party and individuals.

I am shocked nobody here but myself picked up on the fact that it is Illegal to possess NDI outside of a Government Controlled facility. The mere possession of SCI (Secret Compartmented Information) and NDI ( National Defense Information) regardless of Classified or Declassified is criminal,and is covered in the Espionage Act. To obstruct the DOJ and FBI from retrieving this information and then LYING about having it is illegal and called Obstruction

Also Trump stepped on his dick when he declared that he had already declassissified these documents,as that showed he admitted possession.

you cant seem to understand that the mere possession of many of these documents is illegal. Also had Trump actually turned over the documents when asked and not lied about when pressed the raid wouldnt have happened.

I think he wanted the raid to happen as he is back in the spotlight "no publicity is bad publicity" thinking since he claims the documents are declassified all would be well........................he needs a better legal team lol
