Lots of these kids come from broken homes and have no fathers, no structure, and no support. Being able to connect with them and help them build self-confidence is one of the greatest joys I’ve experienced professionally. Being able to be a confidant to them when they’re struggling with the difficulties of being a teenager in 2023 provides me with so much satisfaction, and yes, pride. You can laugh at it all you want, but I take a lot of pride in being a father figure to kids who may not have ever had one.

Here's the difference between you and the others. You were a Fedex Express courier but you didn't stop there. You kept trying to better yourself. Always looking to see where you can be an even more fit and productive member of this society. Academically, intellectually.....they can't keep up with you. And they resent it.

But that MAGA'S for you. They're all about grievance, envy, bitterness and a completely undeserved sense of self importance.
Don't lower degrade yourself by trying to engage them. If there's a doctorate on your radar....go after it.

Of course it is. I don’t think you’d find anyone who disagrees there. Despite that, most of us are doing the best we can to try to help in some way, often with our hands tied behind our backs by the same government we all mistrust. I became a teacher because I wanted to coach baseball and get the opportunity to make a personal investment in the lives of teenagers. Sure, there are some ideologues in the profession, and they should be ashamed of pushing their beliefs on people. However, the notion, that we’re a bunch of super villains sitting around trying to think of ways to brainwash your kids is simply not true and offensive. I can’t even brainwash them to not spend twenty minutes in the bathroom

I don’t think anyone’s accusing you of being a super villain. When you work in a failing system, you can only do so much. Let’s not forget we’re talking about people who work for FedEx getting screwed by their failing system. And I’m sure there’s plenty of good employees.

I'm not explaining your trade to you. I'm reporting what I've seen. By the way since credentials are so important to you my I.Q. in 8th grade was measured at 150. On the Stanford Achievement Test also in 8th grade my academic ability was measured as a college freshman with one term behind me. Excuse me while I toot my horn. Toot, toot. My father's business went under while I was in college and my stepmother got cancer. I quit and joined the Air Force. It is what it is. Are you extrapolating your experience as that of all teachers? How many teachers are employed in this country? Quite a few post on Tik Tok about how they're talking to kids about their gender and "gender reaffirming" care. Heard of the "1619 Project?" That's a part of the CRT teaching which historians from major universities have said is revisionist history that's highly inaccurate. You seem unaware that a certain number of educators, including teachers, administrators, and school board members have an agenda. I never said all teachers do but you seem to take it that way. And in that you are very uninformed, sneering at anyone who doesn't have your credentials. How dare the rubes question their betters?!!

The 2020 census clearly points to the fact and it's undeniable that CRT or no CRT white Caucasian America will be the minority race in a couple of decades.
If the result is an increase in racial tensions I doubt that CRT will be the cause.....Over population is likely to be more of a driver than the teaching of CRT.
