So, if the UPS Store is an access point and I pick it up at 5:30, I would deliver my AP pkgs. at that time. Any AP packages attempted after (including savers) I would deliver the next day. Is this wrong?

That is correct.
Part of the route next to me,is also apart of my access point.
I deliver those the following day.
