Fired for Harassment

Pretty bad when you can be fired without absolute evidence. What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty?

Any witnesses?
Any video?

Is it a she said she said?

I'd file a grievance of course and if you lose file a wrongful termination lawsuit.
If it's a right to work state, the law is on the employers side. At will employees can be terminated with no cause. The grievance procedure is all she's got.

I try not to work around female employees and male employers that show the women are queens attitude. If you have a they aren't any male or women employees you will be ok. If asked to lift something for a female employee say you can help but not lift it for them.

Plus only women you should be taking to at work on a personal level is your wife. And most men work to get away from there wife.

If you get taken in and told an employee said you made her uncomfortable and also picking up something that fell and she is saying that she didn't want help to the employee? An employee that was investigated noted that they never were told that by said employee. Also, the employee has a lawsuit with workman's comp. Told there was an investigation done without their knowledge of any of this, fires you on the spot. Also, what could be said employees do after filing a grievance?
you have the grievance process . To really get a good answer here you should probably tell us if the charges have any merit and what you may have did that right or wrong got you in this boat.

your explanation above is more on the scrambled egg side of an explanation.

what did you do that someone complained about. why did that person pick you as the person that offended them or made them feel harrassed?

yes . the company has no obligation to notify you of a complaint while they investigate it to see if it has merits.

what were the specific actions that they fired you for? workplace violence / harrassment can be a big deal.

why are you speaking in the third person? Is it you or someone else you're asking for? The grievance process has specific steps that you would go through. you need to meet with your shop steward to find out whats next.
