Fmla Leave. 2015 childbirth question!

If you only have 1 week of vacation left when you start FMLA can they take that last week or no?

also if you take 4 weeks off and 2 weeks are using paid vacation and 2 weeks unpaid, would you stilll keep your benefits?

I know of a couple of drivers who fall under this category and in my opinion it's perfectly fine
for them to take a day off here and there to take care of a son who has Down syndrome.
I know one whose wife has Alzheimer's. I'd say it's fine for him too.

Some people need to walk a few miles in others shoes before commenting.

Yes. UPS must continue your benefits while on FMLA.
