Your sup will manually put in your end time. We can pull up who punched in at what time and we have an idea of when you left. Just verify it with your sup tomorrow.
Tell your sup tomorrow, and for your own sake, be honest. You may get yourself a couple extra minutes by lying or you may lose a few minutes and earn trust by being honest. Depending on how big your center/hub is they'll generally know when you left. Just remind them. And always track your times for your own personal logs.

When you punch in today let your supervisor know what happened and what time you left. Be honest as they may check the security camera footage to verify your story.
