Anything to allow me to see my daughter at least once this holiday season before she has to go to bed. Not that management cares but I actually like my family time if you where unaware.

They don't care and neither should you. So just call in sick a couple times right in the heart of peak with just a 30 minute notice before your start time......I do.
I personally feel it speaks volumes in telling them what you think of the place.

I know people that do that, personally I’m not like that. I come in and do my job no matter how pissed i am about the situation. I know they don’t care about my family life so in return I go on the 9.5 list and hold there feet to the fire.

I could see using the 70 rule Xmas week but that should be it it's too many hours of physical labor.
