It would be nice if you could switch back and forth from FT to PT but people would be doing it so often that scheduling would become almost impossible. That’s why all the old-timers are slowpokes. Anybody who hustles gets burnt out and eventually wrecks their truck, gets hurt, or just ragequits.

Some guys retire and have part time years in but not enough to get that pension. They would make top wage but could they handle the work?

Rarely you will see this in a suppliment and you would be disallowed from bidding FT for a few years if you exercised this option.

Jc 37 rider allows it if I’m reading it correctly. After 18 months as 22.3 you can bid back to pt. So just transfer there, wait for a 22.3 job you can bid, grind out 18 months and boom.
