Northeastern University wants to build their Coastal Sustainability Institute on a plot of land which science has stated will soon be underwater. Makes it look like a complete waste of $50M USD. Lynn Mass. had offered them a waterfront area behind seawalls , that is connected to a major road and nearby public rail lines, and another State run College, but they said no. They would rather build in a Town that has only one access road in & out and only two roads that end at their front door.

alot of land will be underwater and wasted if we continue to maintain the status quo.
