The Federal Emergency Management Agency is making it tougher for governors to deny man-made climate change. Starting next year, the agency will approve disaster preparedness funds only for states whose governors approve hazard mitigation plans that address climate change.
That is, our role is limited to paying our taxes and doing as we are told. At the federal level we are not represented but ruled.

where do you get your news from? and name some names of people you listen to.

i was talking to one guy online who think climate change is a conspiracy, and i asked him where does he get his news from (aside from infowars) and to name some people (journalists, professors,etc) he listens to on a regular basis and he couldnt name any. he pulled an article denying climate change and he had no idea what kind of reputation the newpaper had, and didnt know anything about the person who was denying it.

i guess they are paying you to be ruled over, but you could be paid and be represented. if we love democracy so much, it should apply to the place we work at 40+ hours a week.
