Did you make your own bacon yet Cos?

No. Gotta find a good pork loin with just enough fat, cure it for a week or two and smoke it for Canadian bacon.

If that doesn't kill me, I'll get some pork belly and try real bacon.

I'm also planning on getting a good corned brisket and smoking it to make pastrami. If that works, I may try to die from an overdose of Rueben sandwiches!!:)

bb58 gave me a New York pizza dough recipe a while back. I tried it tonight, and it was definitely good. Really yeasty. It will go into the rotation and be made again!:)

I still, however, want a good thin-crust dough recipe. Anybody?

I'll see if I can find you a thin crust recipe. Maybe grilling a couple
of these this weekend.
