I offer into evidence a well seasoned cast iron frying pan.
The best eggs you will ever eat, fried, or scrambled in bacon fat.

Red potatoes,yukon gold potatoes,idaho potatoes and sweet onions.

Add some greek olive oil,hot pepper flakes,sea salt,black pepper and garlic and herb spices.

Rub a little oil and salt and pepper on them.

Grill hot, not much more than a minute or two each side.
