Looks like at least one billionaire plantation owner has the “field hands” all singing the same negro spiritual.
Can't blame Dak for being smart about it. You think Jones influenced him? Let's give Dak credit for standing up for common sense and a serious issue while standing tall for the cause by believing in time and place.

We can’t know what Dak or any sports figure think when the line they give us is the company line. It’s possible. It’s also possible that it’s repeated “coach speak”.

Because Dak is intimidated, coerced, and oppressed by both billionaires, and the men in blue.

Or, maybe, he just owns a Papa John's Pizza franchise.

Therefore, it's Trump's fault.

Whew......feels good to get that off my chest!

As I said, no way to know.

Negroes is plural, Negro's is possessive.

A Black man can use that term without it being offensive, but it is generally accepted to be offensive, especially when used by someone such as yourself.

what you meant to say was everything that comes out of a white mans mouth is racist regardless

good job being a plantation owner

Regardless of whether or not you agree with Jone's stated policy I give him credit for taking an unequivocal stance which is something the league seems to be having trouble with. His players know exactly where he stands and what the team's rules are so they can make their decisions based on that.

Yes. So public statements will not deviate from the team’s position.

As if it even matters.

Not sure what you're saying here.
Just that why ask a player a question if they are simply to repeat what the owner says?

It’s like asking Russell Wilson what he thought of the two yard pass play called in the Super Bowl a few years ago. Even if he thinks it was the dumbest call in league history, he can’t say it.

How ironic! Speak the "truth" about any- and everything in the world, except when it may come home to roost.
Proof that the only thing the players are really interested in is self-interest.

This has been a public service announcement.

Ummm. Yes. Same thing owners are interested in. Not a big revelation there.

NEGRO:mid 16th century: via Spanish and Portuguese from Latin niger, nigr- ‘black.’

ANY word can become offensive only if you allow it to be.

Call me honky, cracker, white trash... doesn't bother me because I consider the source.
