I know, you’re right, it’s just tough for me, I just worry about policies like this being in the wrong hands or abused in the future. I like to think in the long term it’s better for the truth to win “naturally” vs censorship, but at the same time it could be just as bad on the other end with nefarious use of propaganda downplaying or denying atrocities
It concerns me quite a bit how easily and quickly people downplayed the atrocious crimes Hamas commited on October 7, so I get it. But censorship always worries me
Israel is a small country in a dangerous place. Population a little smaller than Michigan’s. They might have to take things that could make them more vulnerable more seriously.
