This particular recipe I have doesn't have a heavy buttercream frosting like we are used to with cake. It's actually made with Dream Whip. Very light. This picture is the closest I could find of a pistachio bundt, but it's not MY pistachio bundt. I make double the topping , cover the cake and also cram it into that center hole of the bundt.
