Well thank the TDU for that. The previous raises were negotiated by the Old Guard. "Change" comes in many forms. Who knew it meant in raises?I must say those raises blow!

Does it say on there that the old guard cut a deal that new hires would be hired under the 2011 hiring rates in 2013 & 2014? Imagine the questions when those new members looked at the contract book.Well thank the TDU for that. The previous raises were negotiated by the Old Guard. "Change" comes in many forms. That's not what their PDF says on the 2015 contract. It said raises every year plus it was voted in at a margin of 562 yes to 17 no.I must say those raises blow!

Word in my building is that your local outsources the contract negotiating. Any truth to that?Point being don't inflate a number just to make yourself look good!! It was on 27% of Membership not 97%.
If out of the people that voted, 97% voted yes, guess what?Point being don't inflate a number just to make yourself look good!! It was on 27% of Membership not 97%.
So they spent a bunch of money (I assume on a TDU negotiator) only to get raises that don't keep up with inflation? It looks like $0.45 a year. Was the contract ratified before or after the last one ended?Yes there was outsourcing going on as well as alot of money being spent...
