Had a couple of injuries in my center yesterday from falls on ice.
Received the following Diad messages this morning.

How can I walk like a penguin and still keep a brisk pace?

I once had to walk on some ice. It was at my brother's place in Flagstaff. The snow melted and refroze into a thick and uneven slab of ice. I just walked carefully on it. The cowboy boots I was wearing were also slip resistant and helped with traction.
