How to connect ring scanner to diad?

As title states, I enter the bt code in scanner and enable in diad. But never wants to connect, what is the trick? My management team is too dumb to call someone and figure it out. Thanks.

I thought ring scanners were using different software. Didnt know the two could be tied together. Just curious but why would you want to tie them together.

Our preloader also load trailers with prerecorded bulk stops. I can see where linking the scanner and DIAD would save time.

Used for bulk stops and pre-recording. We used them in my old facility, but I am unsure if they were special or if the diad had other software on it.

I like the idea of a ring scanner when doing large bulk stops instead of holding the diad !

UPS is cheap. Diad holders and scanning several packages lined up is cheaper than maintaining and developing finger scanners.
