ive listened to alot of politics and economics over the years.

the question is do you understand whats being done to you?
And you’ve put those economics to practice? I compare what you post to my experiences and what I know of what others are doing.

Experiences with banks/credit unions/signed contracts(real estate,rentals)/a small (for profit) company and its board of directors/a 501c3 and it’s board of directors/corporate donations/a boat charter business/a boat building business/contractor contracts/permitting and licensing experiences/working a labor job/raising a family.

Some things you post do, in fact happen. But most of it is over dramatic, and has half the facts. Get out of the basement and start living.

yea but most americans arent cut out for capitalism like you are. i post the facts, so if you think something i say is wrong feel free to comment on that.

and actually as civilization collapses because of their mania for profits, it will take even you down as well.

millennials are apparently very enlightened as to where we are headed. i completely agree, and my bets on the latter. suprised teen vogue is writing on this stuff. im guessing alot of millennials have little money to invest:

Everything You Need to Know About Capitalism

capitalism is defined as an economic system in which a country’s trade, industry, and profits are controlled by private companies, instead of by the people whose time and labor powers those companies.

CNN recently reported that 66% of people between the ages of 21 and 32 have nothing saved for retirement. However, according to Salon, the reason many millennials haven’t been investing in mutual funds or building up their own financial nest eggs isn’t because they’re too broke, or that they lack personal responsibility — it’s because they think our current economic system, capitalism, will cease to exist by the time they are in their 60s.

The millennials Salon spoke to expect to see a grand societal shift in their lifetime, either toward socialism — a political and economic system in which the means of production are collectively and equally owned by everyone — or toward a sort of dystopian Mad Max nightmare in which resources have dwindled, rich plutocrats own everything, and ordinary people need to band together in small, autonomous communities to survive.

You take a small fact and post a huge opinion. Stereotyping and race bating is huge in these opinions.

So you are part of the problem. Or are you saying you have no problem with stereotyping and race baiting?
im against racism and i fight it in part by fighting to overcome capitalism.

"-80% of all workers are paycheck to paycheck

-60% of all americans cant afford a $1000 emergency

-half of all wage earners earn less than $30k / year

-10 years post fin crisis, middle class family net worth is still $40,000 lower than it was, black net worth down 40%, hispanic 46%

-since 1973 productivity is up 77%, hourly pay is up 12%

-if min wage was tied with productivity it would be over $20/hr

-1/3 of america workers earn less than $12/hr and almost none of them have employer health insurance"

How many of those working poor smoke? Drink? Have a big screen tv with cable or satellite? Do illegal drugs? Eat fast food rather than cook at home? A lot of the American poor live at a much higher standard than the poor of many countries. It's all relative.

What illusions? It's reality. The fact is that if the poor in the U.S. want to better their lives they have avenues to do so. Our system works for people who strive to make it work for them. If you don't want to work you get poor results.

meritocracy is a myth

even if everyone did what you said, theres too many outsourced and automated jobs for that to happen.

one thing ive noticed about our rigged capitalist society is that quite often the worst people / products will rise to the top. to say another way "the grease rises to the top"

everyone wears beats headphones and they are overpriced and break easily.

ditto for the people we vote for.

the most popular news is some of the worst.

this is not an efficient system and there is a serious information deficit by design.

marx says those who control the means of production, control the mental production as well. an example of this in movies was the matrix where everything is a lie, and the same is true in life where alot of things are done wrong to control us.

i think TV is mostly propaganda. the show shark tank i was thinking is propaganda to make it look like the rich are investing their money into businesses and making the economy grow (not that the environment can handle more consumerism anyways). they are in reality sitting on trillions of cash because the economy is so weak.

then theres a bunch of pro police shows so we are all happy when the police state comes.

judge judy does a couple things. first of all, shes extremely rude to the poor people on her show, which is a common propaganda theme on other shows (american idol with simon cowell is an example). the second propaganda element of judge judy is that we have a justice system where people even go to trial. more than 95% of criminal cases end up in plea deals, even for crimes they didnt commit. the system is too poorly funded for everyone to have a jury.

Um, you do realize there are now more jobs available in the U.S. than workers to fill them?
poor jobs.

and i dont think thats true anyways, unemployment is under reported.

its 1984: the government makes things sound better than they are because its good for the ruling party.

No Ricky, tons of jobs out there on Indeed and other sites. Help wanted signs everywhere. It's not Canada.
