It's really amazing how someone like Elon Musk can just have a vision, put his mind to it, get $5 billion dollars from the government, and make it happen. Truly a marvel of the benefits of capitalism, and not at all a plutocrat who built an empire on tax dollars.

i work for the govt now as a casual. i used to work with ppl in private sector who were casuals. difference between this govt job and private sector job for casuals is its way more flexible for time off here than other job.

yea we have a housing bubble. montreal might not be too bad, toronto and vancouver are bad. in thunder bay the best condo on the lake are 500k, a decent condo i think is $200k. im not sure what my pension is worth but i make over $30/hr excluding it.

I don't know what Milton Freeman or Alan Greenspan think about co-ops. Don't really care that much. Really don't care about what Alan Greenspan thinks about much of anything, since he opened the door on Fed policies based on banksters being trustworthy, which there has never been any basis for thinking that in the entire history of banking. I've also never been against co-ops, because freedom of association. If it works for you, then do it.
