i talked to german airport workers they said the law is 2 vacation days per month, so 24 days / 5 working days a week = a little over a month off every year with paid vacation.
also a worker said he had a cut on his hand and he will get 2 to 3 weeks paid sick leave for this. he said no questions asked up to 6 weeks. not sure how much he said per year he can get.
