Nope, the game of “just move” is the same as it has ever been. Since the beginning when the pilgrims came for a better life. Sometimes you gotta change your latitude to get a new attitude.

Even in the city I live in if you go about 30 miles north the houses is go from half a million to about 150 K very quickly. If you’re willing to sacrifice and move a little further away, you can build equity in a home sell it in about 10 years and move again or keep the property as a rental.

You can find jobs all day long between $22 and $27 an hour. Starting. You won’t be rich. Keep your debt low. And you can eventually build a pretty nice. Nest egg.

I guarantee you naysayers like you say that all the time while you sit on the sidelines and life passes by just complaining.

I did not say it’s easy. Wasn’t Easy for me. Life’s A bitch. Interest rates are high, but they’re not as high as they been historically.. inflation is bad but if you live modestly, you can still make do.

The problem is most Americans and I’m assuming Canadians have no desire to live modestly. Gotta keep up with the jones

i dont think it will be even possible for most people in a few decades. how did workers live 100, 150 years ago?

im glad i found a comment on this video from a local american documenting the rise in housing prices.

Of course, prices of houses have risen. Again, if you bought a house 20 years ago and you don’t have equity there’s a problem. And you made a terrible investment.

In another 20 years, you’ll be saying the same thing as life passed you by. Similar to what you’ve done with global warming lol. We’re not gonna die. We’re not gonna be Pennyless. You Might be. But that’s because you only look for the narrative that suits you.

Omg 60+ years! 😂 lol you clearly have no idea how real estate works. No time better than the present to find some real estate they aren’t making any anymore and it will continue to go up and be a good investment.

were not talking about it being a good investment although with the current high prices and us being on the end of an employment cycle its might not be a good time to buy, were talking as honest religious followers, about whether it will even be affordable in a few decades and is the idea of "move" a reasonable response to the current system or do we need a trucker protest?
