i told you it still works now my christian friend but in the future i dont think it will.

im thinking about whats really killing the middle class and its housing prices moreso than good jobs leaving.
Well, my non-Christian friend I don’t think any of us have a crystal ball and everything is a chance.

There’s no guarantees but I guarantee you if you do nothing, nothing good will happen to you.

Don’t let the butt holes trying to control the world destroy your life. There’s always gonna be buttholes!

Every single word you’ve said was said by every naysayer since I’ve been an adult and we went through quite a few economic downturns. If I had been paralyzed with fear or skepticism, I would be screwed now.

Good Lord, you’re gonna be dreaming forever and never do any of the stuff you want. If you want to go to Europe be like Nike and just do it! 😂

Im applying and if europe goes into recession they probably wont need me

Just like I told you, @rickyb the reason you can’t buy a house easily in Canada is because 60% of what you’re paying goes to the bureaucracy. It’s not just inflation. It’s bad government. Nine years of Trudeau has destroyed your country.

Housing went up 60% in the last 10 years in Canada that is Trudeau’s fault. You should be coming for him with pitch forks not sticking up for him.

Yes, housing prices in Canada have increased significantly over the past decade:

  • Average home price
The average home price in Canada has increased by 77% over the last 10 years. In 2023, the average home price was $678,282, which is 10.8 times the average Canadian's earnings.

Guess which party with which ideology ruled from 2000 to 2015

Remember the bible said you have to be concerned with the truth

Trudeau supported tpp. Guess who else supported tpp

Now this is interesting;

The 420 acres about to be bulldozed are part of 4,000 acres of public land that will be flattened to try and meet the its own climate goal of 100% “clean” energy by 2040 deadline in the name of environmentalism.

Lol you told him the reason he can’t buy a house is because he’s “chasing nonsense” and not living within the means and trying to keep up with the joneses

You said if he wants to afford a house he should just move (apparently not understanding cost of living related to house prices and the job market in the area)

And you mentioned how housing is an investment, so you should be happy that housing prices are rising

It’s obviously not that simple. I got extremely lucky with where I live now, and within just a couple of years I would not be able to afford the same house I now live in, despite me making more money now than when I first moved there
