If UPS is going through all the expense of rehiring you permanent the choice is your if you want to stay or not. Your manager and sups already know who will make it and won't bother with the rest.

Believe I'll stick around awhile, I want 1300$ paychecks lol, I can deal with anything for 4-6hrs a morning.
