And as said, the only thing that would have saved you if you had 1 late air is if you rain 100% straight air and not a single ground piece and were still late. Doesn't matter if it's 10:31:00 or 10:45:00.

I just can't believe that you were fired for a late air in a hearing.
Signing for packages is falsifying, a late air is a mistake.
A mistake that happens a hundred times a day.
I can't picture a hearing or panel terminating an employee for this. Just too many factors.
Sounds like it was your fourth one in a month, or you drove after scanning the air (which would become a falsifying, not a mistake)
