That would explain the idiot intern they had when PAS/EDD was being implemented in my old center.
Came in over the weekend to tweak some stuff, and completely deleted the DOKs of half the center.

Started in college and then stayed.
In District Operations, HR, IE for 19 yrs and then Region IE for 3 yrs and then Corporate Information Services my last 18 years.
