Truth of the matter is:
The guy in this pic started at the age of 20 as a runner gunner.
This is his current pic at the age of 41.
Running and gunning, it ages you fast!
If you don't give anyone a reason to drug test you it won't happen. I've worked in and out of IE for more than 10 years and I've seen exactly 0 people get sent for a drug test. Better chance of you getting sent home for not shaving than being questioned about your drug use outside of work.
