A federal agents weapon is "dumped" in public by the pier. This man finds it, mishandles it, the gun goes off, three stray bullets fly into the air and at least ONE stray bullet strikes and kills a woman on the pier who happened to be white.

Where is the "COLD BLOODED" part?

This man wasnt trying to rob her, he wasnt trying to rape her, he wasnt trying to car jack her, he wasnt going to cause her any harm whatsoever.

What did happen, was that ANOTHER GUN was mishandled in this country and it went off killing a human being.

Just like what happens to little white kids when they are killed by their parents guns in the home.

I dont hear you complaining about that though.

They fail to mention there was NO legal standing to arrest him at the time, and that ICE had him in custody only to let him go, TRANSFERRING him to San Francisco, and NOT THAT HE WENT TO SAN FRANCISCO FOR SANCTUARY.

It was San Francisco that had an over a decade long marijuana charge against the man that was dropped because of TIMELINESS, and they released him.

But of course, our good honest friends at FOX news are still saying today that this man "WENT TO SAN FRANCISCO TO SEEK SANTUARY"..

What a crock.

This is a tragic shooting, but it happens EVERYDAY all across this country as children and teens find guns and end up killing somebody.
