It's become an annual tradition, and getting publicity has always been a goal for this and other so-called "caravans" that periodically make their way through Mexico.
This year's journey is getting even more attention than usual after a series of tweets on Sunday and Monday from US President Donald Trump.

Trump's tweets place the caravan at the center of the US immigration debate, suggesting that the latest waves of people are coming to the United States because of lax laws that don't do enough to crack down on illegal immigration.

But immigrants in the caravan have said their reasons for heading north have more to do with conditions in their home countries than with any US immigration policies.

so i just read another article on CBC about US border patrol gone wild.

this sucks; canadians have to pay the price for americas wars and poor voting decisions.

maybe it will loosen up again for everyone after american economy takes a nose dive any day now.

DHS closed my traveller redress file and im assuming has sent me the generic letter.

its too bad im not an ex president or wall street banker; then border patrol would be rolling out the red carpet for me.

sucks when your an average joe and not a criminal you get treated like garbage, but when your obviously a rich politically connected criminal you get treated like royalty.

im watching this antifa documentary and chris hedges is in it, and i guess the way they dress i can sorta understand how CPB might think im a violent protestor. and on the other hand your supposed to be free to wear black, and i had a ton of colored clothes.
