Securing our borders is part of the president's job description. Getting out of his jobs and obligations is his #1 priority.

Again, the problem with immigration cannot be solved by building a wall on our southern border. You want to spend a trillion dollars ( that we dont have) buiding a wall that will only prevent less than 9% of our immigration problem and actually have nothing to do with the 91% of the immigration problem that is overloading our country with immigrants with illegal status.

Building a wall on certain stretches of the border and supplementing it with more border patrol officers and/or the national guard would definitely help eliminate much of the illegal crossings. Our current administrations, as well as past administrations, have spent, and will continue to spend, far more than it would cost to secure the border. And much of it is spent on BS.

These border surges are, in fact, bringing in MS13 gang members and they are recruiting along the way. Even while being detained after being caught or turning themselves. Only God knows what other trash is tagging along with those just trying to find a better life. Its not just bad people we have to worry about. Disease is also being brought in. This is all being avoided by the media. Even Fox News. People need to wake up!

No, securing the border alone won't solve the problem. That is impossible. But that and putting pressure on the countries they are coming from would greatly increase our security. And Security SHOULD be the goal. But instead liberals and Rinos want to make it about politics and into a social experiment.

U.S. courts have ruled that federal authorities generally have only a six-month window to get immigrants with criminal histories out of the country, or they must release them.
