I'm all for legal immigration , those that come here illegally I have no respect for.
If businesses use them for cheap labor then it's a deed of their own making .
I do not want to spend gov't monies for their housing nor helping them stay here .
Any liberal who does want to help them , please step forward and make yourselves known , so that you personally can provide for them .
But I know none will .
They enjoy spending other peoples monies , just not their own .
Quite frankly they are all just loud mouth empty bags of mostly water .

Exactly the response I expected. Infected LOL. They're not zombies, they're just poor.

Obviously we can't support a welfare state with open borders. But we reward them with birthright citizenship for their children. I would do the same thing as them for my children. Sounds like your problem is with the constitution.

You are confused about the 14th Amendment .
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and the State wherein they reside."
"[A foreigner in the United States] has a right to the protection of the laws; but he is not a citizen in the ordinary acceptance of the word..."
The phrase "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" was intended to exclude American-born persons from automatic citizenship whose allegiance to the United States was not complete. With illegal aliens who are unlawfully in the United States, their native country has a claim of allegiance on the child. Thus, the completeness of their allegiance to the United States is impaired, which therefore precludes automatic citizenship.

It will take both chambers and the pen of whatever POTUS we have at the time to secure the border. Unless Texas, Arizona, and Cali want to act alone. It shouldn't ever be a party issue. National security should be bi-partisan. It truly is sad that it's not.I don't care who does it or who hasn't done it in the past. It just needs to be done and done soon.
