Immigration

I wouldn't argue one bit with anything presented in this video. However if you back the truck up before the white man went on his rampage history says that the Indian tribes were at constant war with one and other and yes that included making slaves out of the losing tribe. You can trace violence all the way back to when the first cave man beaned another one with a rock. Its the nature of mankind to conquer the weaker ones. I'm not saying its right--just that the old "woe is me--your people wronged my people" argument has been beaten to death. No pun intended.

I wasn't comparing it to illegal immigration as you rightly pointed out. Go back to my post and look at your post quoted to which I was commenting. The bold words specifically. I was commenting to that conclusion.

But it does seem to me true that you were using it as a type justification as to whatever laws the victor would choose to impose regardless of any other consideration.

Sorry --- I wasn't trying to justify anything. Just stating my opinion---and maybe liven up a dull evening

As far as I'm concerned there's no argument it's a fact that the indigenous people of north America have been almost completely wiped out by Europeans and the governments that followed. I find it interesting that the only people who try to justify this genocide are usually white and of European decent.

Via NY Post:

The short bios in The Post and other places featuring immigrants who are in the United State illegally were fascinating. I was struck by their courage to leave their homelands, their pluck at navigating a new culture and their patience in waiting for America’s official welcome mat.

Something else struck me, too. Not a single one expressed remorse for jumping the fence or overstaying visas. The law was simply a nuisance, an unfair barrier to their right to live in America, and they felt no qualms about violating it.

Some of these immigrants, including one woman who sneaked in from Mexico 18 years ago, even complained that presidential amnesty doesn’t include free health care.

“It isn’t fair,” Graciela Flores whined.

What luck — she and the other 5 million who benefit have found their soul mate in Barack Obama. He’s not into obeying laws, either. And he is endlessly entitled to whatever he wants, whenever he wants it.

Again you refuse to admit that early immigrants broke no immigration laws. Your claim is also laughable considering the fact that Columbus never set foot in North America either. Just another inconvenient truth that doesn't fit your agenda.
So you are saying because the indigenous people had no " written law" Columbus and the Europeans that followed broke no laws?

Cite what law they supposedly broke. And I see you evaded comment about your false Columbus claim.
I'm not evading anything. You just simply want to argue semantics to provide justification for the illegal taking of land and genocide of the true Native Americans.

STOPS per,

Why argue with this man. The moral equivilent of moreluck?

He will continue blabbering whether or not he understands the subject at hand or not. Denying history is a part of his character.

It just makes it better that way. (for him)
