Looks like aliens convicted of felonies are priority one, those convicted of misdemeanors are priority two. It states both categories should be deported.

There is archaeological evidence that suggests that "native Americans" migrated to the Americas from Asia. And I'm pretty sure you'd have a hard time finding any old "native American" immigration laws that were broken by Europeans.

So, I guess you can say those "natives" were actually squatters on vacant land and were pushed aside by groups of Europeans that wanted to do better than just be squatters.
