Coast is a relative term. Now that you're union expect ridiculous amounts of fees to be taken every month, especially in the beginning when you get hit with your normal monthly membership fees along with the temporary new-hire fees.

Now that you're new, if you don't work every day when your fees come out, expect a check in the double digits.....if lucky.
