Their official exchange rate was almost 203 Pesos to the Dollar today but if you send yourself money through Western Union you can get over 391 to 1. Makes it extremely cheap for Americans to travel or live there. Brits get even more Pesos per Pound and Europeans get slightly more than Americans. The cost of living is officially about half the U.S. but with the extra Pesos it's more like 20-30% of the U.S. depending on where you go there.

People forget that the left is utterly obsessed with power and control. They want to micromanage every part of human existence from start to finish. When you fart, they want to know what it smells like. They want people to have no options, no choices, and no hope of ever having either. We will allow them to force that on us to our extreme peril.

People that vote Democrat want the government to have more control over our lives yet the government pretty much screws up everything they take control of. Imagine how bad a person must be at running their own life that they think the government will do a better job than they have done or will do.
