I have a few friends and a sister on there who are super liberal (Including the girl who unfriended me today) and are constantly posting political stuff. I just ignore it and scroll by. The way I look at it is, they have a right to their opinion whether I agree with it or not.

I get people blocking me all the time because they don't like my reply to their response on a mutual friend's post. I get called some pretty insulting things too. I just say "you figured that out about me from two sentences I wrote on Facebook? What else can you tell me about myself?" The way I see it is if it's in my news feed it's fair game.

Agreed. But they don’t see it that way. My super liberal sister blocked my oldest sister because she didn’t like the conservative comment she put on her page. One of her friends called my oldest sister a troll. lol.

I delete posts on my FB page all the time.

We just got into a huge argument, one of many, over him supporting the right to terminate a pregnancy right up until just before birth. At family get togethers he'll express his opinion then shout down any disagreement. It just seems once indoctrinated/infected with ideology in college it's very difficult to shake. Especially if they surround themselves with others with the same views.

None of my other siblings or I ever talk politics with my super lib sister. Lol

That's because once you start bringing facts they can't handle it , they no legitimate response and they know we're right but would never admit it so they shut you out , getting under snowflake liberals skin is the fun part because you get

I have zero problem calling them out on their poor argument skills. Drives them nuts that I don't lower myself to their level with the name-calling.

I had someone unfriend me on Facebook today because I said I was happy the governor of my state lifted the mask requirement and ordered everything open. I thought it was hilarious.

I don't succumb to doing politics on Facebook ... I use it to keep up with family and friends.
I have all political posts blocked so I never see them although I do go to the Libertarian Party page and check out their daily cartoons.
